When approved to submit an article on our site you receive recognition for your work within a respected fitness and healthy lifestyle on-line platform.
You can submit your articles and receive “contributor rights” to be moderated for approval and publication on this site. You can write/edit your post for review and delete your post. We reserve all rights to use, or not publish any article at our discretion without explanation.
Copy Right Permission– When you submit your articles to MirrorAthlete, you simultaneously authorize approval for MirrorAthlete to use link your article to other MirrorAthlete articles, posts, pictures, video content, monthly newsletter, other social media sites or comment boxes, etc., including any other reader media format to market and promote our site(s). Once your content is submitted and accepted as a registered user “contributor” you authorize MirrorAthlete to publish your content in full at mirrorathlete.org and mirrorathlete.com sites. If the authors work is not plagiarized and of good quality content within the fitness, health, bodybuilding, diet, workout and recreation fields the article will be published within days.
We allow our approved moderators and authors a resource box which give credit to author, web site, and/or business entity site link. If back links lead back to an unrelated topics page, or porn, or sex, or drug products… moderator or author privileges will be terminated.
No Guarantees – We cannot guarantee traffic generation back to your site. But what we can guarantee is exposure and an opportunity to be a published “Author,” which may increase your exposure through linking back to your article. See Contributor/Author privilege below.
Non-Paid Submissions – This is a non-paid publishing opportunity. We’re simply providing a writer’s platform based on our audience interest – which falls within our mission statement, “To provide customized workout and fitness programming, bodybuilding tips, nutrition, healthy lifestyle change and ill-health prevention and health literacy education information for the Mind, Body and Spirit for all ages and walks of life” [MirrorAthlete 2022].
Contributor and Author Privileges– We first approve contributor writers, then when a writer establishes themselves, we may approve author access… who then earn expanded privileges. Which means you can publish your article at our site without moderation, but with oversight. Once we approve your 1st 3 article submissions, we may provide higher administrative “author” privileges. We do believe in opportunity to grow with our contributor/authors.
Publishing articles at this site will be monitored to ensure author/writer policies are in compliance. We do not restrict you from posting your content at other sites. However, when writers cite an article, credit must be given to the Author. If a contributor or author would like to link to a MirrorAthlete article via exerpt/link from their site – this is authorized with proper credit to author. If a contributor or author would like to post a MirrorAthlete article in its entirety on their site, this must be an approved through a administrative request.
MirrorAthlete® Reserves the Right to Moderate Any Article Submission before Publishing – If an article is not in sync with our mission statement, or in compliance with our polices, fitness and healthy lifestyle change philosophy, and/or values, etc., we reserve the right to remove any article, or comment for whatever reason… and without explanation.
Regardless of current policies, MirrorAthlete Inc., reserves the right to change, revise and set new Approved Contributor/Author and article submission policies at any time.
Media Used to Embelish Articles – Copy Right, Trade Mark and Brand Name Use – Royalty free photos and videos are okay. We don’t accept plagiarized work.
Citations – 150 words or less in quotes is allowed with reference to author credit. Use approved and/or copyright media content, etc., as authorized by content owner permission policy.
As a “Contributor-Author.” MirrorAthlete will make an honest effort to ensure plagiarism and copyright infringement laws are not in violation. However, it is the Contributor/Author responsibility to avoid infringement of others content and copy right laws. Should a “Contributor-Author” be in violation of another person, individual, business, company, entity copyright, registered, branded materials, images and/or products, they own any liability for infringements of those rights.
The photos and videos must be owned by writer/author/organization, or purchased for use, or royalty free use in accordance to 3rd party copyright policies, permission… MirrorAthlete Inc., is not liable for any damages, claims or suit, filed against a contributor-author violation of copywrite or trademark use. Any court proceeding, litigation and/or civil penalties, fines, damages and any other negative consequence as a result of poor judgement, simple-gross and willful negligence where liability of infringement rights falls solely on the contributor/author in breach of copywrite and trademark laws.
We will not accept vulgar, or sexual content. Those materials will simply be deleted without further consideration and your subscriber and/or privileges at Mirrorathlete sites will be terminated. We do not accept advertisement for Viagra, other male and female enhancement drugs, inappropriate sexual context/images, etc., dating services, etc., and/or similar adds and other site products or services. Back links to similar sites are grounds for immediate termination and loss of contributor/author privileges and may be grounds for user access at this site.
